Miss Gaynor Carter Little Trinity Manager

I am the manager at Little Trinity Nursery. I have worked at Little Trinity since I returned in 1995 from living in the USA, where I worked as a Nanny to three children. I started my employment as an unqualified assistant and after a year in that position I trained at college to gain a BTEC level 3 in Childcare. As part of this qualification I went to work in the school in the Reception class for two years before moving back to the younger children and opening the Baby and Toddler rooms in 1999 and 2000. I then managed the 0 – 3 years until I became Nursery Manager of the whole department in 2002 and have remained in the same post to this day. I have over the years attended many more training opportunities and hold the position of SENCO and Safeguarding Lead for the nursery. I continue to thoroughly enjoy the work I do and take pride in being part of a great team that works hard to offer many opportunities for the children in our care to thrive and develop, preparing them for their lives ahead and I find nothing more satisfying than seeing children I have cared for over the years grow into intelligent and caring individuals.

Miss Emma Browning Deputy Manager

I have always known that I wanted to work with children so as soon as I finished my exams at school I enrolled at college. I studied for two years and gained a BTEC level 3 Diploma in Early Years. I then started work at Little Trinity and have been here for 20 years and now hold the Deputy Manager role. I thoroughly enjoy expanding my knowledge and understanding of the Early Years and attend lots of training to continue to learn about children’s learning and development. I also hold the position of Deputy Safeguarding Lead in the manager’s absence.

Miss Fabya Khatun Deputy Manager

I started studying childcare as soon as I left school as my passion was to work with children. I initially completed a BTEC level 2 Children’s care, learning and development. I then gained employment at Little Trinity in 2011 and continued with my studies whilst working and qualified with NVQ level 3 in Childcare. I love my job and was promoted to Deputy Manager in 2021. It is very rewarding to see children grow and develop their own personalities.

Mrs Sharon Smith Administration and Finance Assistant

Administration and Finance Assistant I started my career working in the banking industry where I stayed for eighteen years. Once having children I decided to enjoy the experience of being a full time mum and did this until my children started school. I then went to work in retail, again on the financial side. In October 2014 I joined the Little Trinity team as a finance administrator and haven’t looked back!

Miss Charlotte Childe Nursery Practitioner

After leaving school at eighteen I went to college to study childcare, my chosen career. I progressed through CACHE level 1 and 2 courses and then studied for two years to gain a CACHE level 3 in Children and Education. I then started working at Little Trinity and have worked here since. Throughout my time at both college and in my current role I have gained experience with working with children from 3 months to 7 years. To support my role I also enjoy attending various training courses, keeping me up to date on good practice.

Miss Ashleigh Simester Nursery Practitioner

I have worked in childcare since 2008, achieving both my level 2 and 3 NVQ. I have also achieved Health & Social Care qualifications and enjoyed a time working with adults with dementia and mental health concerns. I started at Little Trinity in January 2022 and enjoy working with the children. Outside of work I enjoy volunteering in the community as part of the worldwide family of scouting and have recently been awarded 10 year service.

Mrs Jessica Seekings Nursery Practitioner

I have worked at Little Trinity for the past four years after leaving college. I studied for two years to qualify with a CACHE level 3 Diploma in Childcare. I thoroughly enjoy working with children, creating an environment where children can be individuals and flourish.

Miss Holly Tillott Nursery Practitioner

I have worked in childcare for many years, having completed my level 2 apprenticeship in 2012 and level 3 by 2013. I was in my last employment for 9 years before moving to the Little Trinity family. I am excited to watch the children learn and grow whilst furthering my own knowledge and experiences. I love working with and supporting children, helping them to get ready for their next adventures!

Miss Amelia Smith Nursery Practitioner

i started working in childcare in 2017, completing my level 2 and level 3 NVQ whilst working at a nursery. I joined Little Trinity In January 2022 and I am thrilled to be part of such a kind and caring team. I enjoy my work with the children, aiding them in their development and learning and giving them the care they need to thrive.

Mrs Jayne Baker Nursery Practitioner

I have thoroughly enjoyed working in nurseries for the last ten years and there is nothing more fulfilling than watching the children in your care thrive. With my knowledge of the Early Years I hope to help develop the children in all areas and prepare them for the future.

Miss Abby Wheeler Nursery Practitioner

My love for children began at the age of nine when I became an Auntie for the first time and from then it bloomed. I started my childcare career in 2016 at a local nursery, completing a level 2 and 3 NVQ apprenticeship. once qualified I wanted to broaden my knowledge and use my own experiences and moved to Little Trinity in 2019. I enjoy using my skills and expertise to the highest level to ensure I give the children in my care the support and guidance to enhance their nursery experience.

Miss Jade Hyrons Nursery Practitioner

I qualified in 2018 after gaining my Level 3 National Diploma in Childcare. I gained two years experience at different settings, one of them being Little Trinity. When a position arose in July 2018 I jumped at the chance to become part of the team. I fully enjoy my job as no two days are the same and I enjoy working with and watching the children progress in their learning and skills.

Miss Tia Worgan Nursery Practitioner

I studied childcare at GCSE level in High school before moving on to study for a Level 3 at college once I had left school. I have always wanted to work with children and in 2014 I worked at Little Trinity on a temporary position. At the end of my time there I went to work at another setting before gaining employment in a school environment. After two and a half years a position came up at Little Trinity and I was excited to get back into a nursery role. I love what I do daily, it's such a rewarding job!

Miss Ella Lloyd Nursery Practitioner

I have always wanted to work with children from a young age so started studying as soon as I left school. During my work experience at Little Trinity in 2018 I was given the opportunity to become a member of the team on a full time basis. I have since completed my level 3 with the nursery and I have loved learning and working at the same time. I hope to further my knowledge and experience by completing a level 5 nursery management training course, again continuing to work whilst I do. That will enable me to get the necessary hands on experience.

Mrs Terina Wheeler Lunchtime Assistant

I am a mother of four and grandmother of eleven. For most of my working life I have worked in the adult care sector. I recently decided I would like a change and started work at Little Trinity in January 2022 as a lunchtime assistant. I love every minute of it!
